Return Policy

Most of our products have detailed specifications. Please read them carefully before purchasing. We accept returns for faulty products, but not for reasons like wrong size, incorrect parts, boat parts compatibility, electronics fitting issues, or button size. Almost all new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including return shipping costs if the error was ours (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Some items may not be eligible for return, but we will contact you and offer a store credit of up to 50% of the order amount in such cases.

Product Failures or Damages

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of returning your package. This timeframe includes 5-10 business days for receiving the return, 3-5 business days for processing, and 5-10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you want to return. We will provide instructions for returning items from your order. You can also log in to your customer account and send us a message directly.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled case-by-case, considering shipping costs. We may prioritize store credit solutions in some cases.  Refunds will be issued via the payment method you ordered from only.

Shipping Policy

Shipping within the US, including Hawaii and Alaska, is a flat rate of $12.95. Orders are processed and handled within one business day before shipment. Morning orders placed before noon are likely to ship the same day, otherwise they will ship by the next morning at the latest.

We do not offer expedited shipping, as most orders arrive within 5 business days across the US. You will receive a tracking number and order updates via email after your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the emails.
